What is ASD Families?

This website was started as an easy, approachable resource for families with children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. While there are several good websites out there, there was a gap in the market for a fun, easy reading website which covers the basics and provides information for people who may have little or no knowledge of the Spectrum and who may not know where to start looking for information, or even what to look for.

Our website’s main goal is to be a helpful resource and gateway to increased knowledge of what Autistic Spectrum Disorders mean for a family, what help you can get, how to help in campaigning for awareness and how to find other families with children on the Spectrum. Our discussion forums are a warm and welcoming online community where you can talk to other parents, share helpful tips and hints, tell your story or rant and rave when you need to!
